I have been doing essentially self care since my mare has been injured. Since I want to monitor her eating to make sure she gets all of her meds in her, I figure I might as well clean up the area that she is turned out in at the same time. It is a serious workout. I wish I knew what my weight was before I started, but I have been sweating my butt off the past week and a half!
