I love photographing Sync Equestrian clothing, so I just had to share my latest shoot. I am in love with these breeches, they are polished and classy, and so incredibly beautiful. They are a classic navy, with understated silver detailing, and really flatting seam lines. They are made with a flattering compression fabric that smooths everything! They are still in preorder right now but I seriously need a pair of these.
Also, being a photographer, I love how these photos turned out. We had limited time, and it was right in the brightest part of the day, which is usually a photography no-no. But sometimes (really a lot of time) I can’t change when we do the photoshoot, I have to work with what we have. But despite the harsh light, I’d say they still turned out really nice! I seriously love these photos!

I highly recommend them, or anything from this company. I’ve seen a lot of their clothes from photographing them, and they are always stunning.
The farm had put up a dressage arena for a show they were hosting so we decided to incorporate the rail into some of the shots. It really added to the theme.
I’ve been asked before about how the photography works, who figures out what happens. Well, for the Sync shoots, it’s an effort on both our parts. For all commercial work, the client and I discuss what the goal is, and how the client wants the clothing to be portrayed. Since I’ve photographed Sync numerous times, I’m well acquainted with the style they want.
Sync has an idea of how they want their vision to look, but it’s my job to capture it. I understand how the lighting work and how the camera is going to capture what’s in front of me, but Sync knows what features they want highlighted and how they want their clothing to look.
The model comes up with some poses (like laying on her horse, she is comfortable with that) but I ask her to move in certain ways to show the features of the clothing. She can’t see how it looks on camera, only I can, so it’s up to me to provide guidance.
Teamwork makes the exact images the client wants, and everyone is happy.
So this was another successful shoot, and we were pleased with the results. Sync clothes photograph so beautiful, and I know from experience how comfortable they are – I think I could ride in only them for the rest of my life.
Edit: I have since acquired the Pro line breeches and they are amazing. Super comfortable, and I love the styling of them. I am obviously very biased, but I don’t think you can go wrong with Sync.
